Privacy & Cookie Policy
DJ AG Community · Last updated August 2026
This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you join the DJ AG community. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are (Data Controller)
The data controller is DJ AG ONLINE LIVE LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in England and Wales (partnership number OC454428), with its registered address at The Old Workshop, 1 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, S11 9PA. The DJ AG community and AG Fest are operated by DJ AG ONLINE LIVE LLP.
What we collect
- Details you give us on the sign-up form: your email address, your mobile phone number, your city, and, if you choose to provide it, your social media handle. The social handle is optional and the form works without it.
- Technical and usage data collected automatically: your IP address, and device and browser information.
How we use your data, and our lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. We use it to:
- tell you about upcoming livestreams, special events and artist appearances;
- send you early information and presale access for AG Fest;
- send you marketing by email and SMS about DJ AG and AG Fest;
- measure and improve the performance of this website.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing carried out before you withdraw it.
Email & SMS marketing
By signing up you are opting in to receive marketing communications from DJ AG ONLINE LIVE LLP by email and SMS. We send these only where you have given consent, and every message includes an easy way to opt out.
Cookies & tracking
This website does not run advertising or social media tracking pixels. There is no Meta (Facebook) Pixel, no TikTok pixel and no third-party advertising tag on this page, and we do not share your browsing of this site with advertising platforms.
We do use a first-party page-view beacon from our own CRM, which records that the page was viewed so we can measure how many people reach the sign-up form. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign or click identifiers in its web address, those identifiers are passed to our CRM with your sign-up so we can tell which campaign brought you here. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with trusted parties who help us run the community and our events, and we never sell it:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf, such as our CRM, our email and SMS sending platforms, and official ticketing partners;
- authorities or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we continue to respect your choice.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Contact & complaints
For any privacy request, contact DJ AG ONLINE LIVE LLP by post at The Old Workshop, 1 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, S11 9PA, or via the organiser contact provided with your sign-up. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
